I think it should be obvious by now that I am a self-proclaimed jewelry addict. As many girls it started at a young age. I am not much of an earring fan which leads me to a very deep necklace collection.
I was introduced to Origami Owl by my sweet friend Lisa. I became fascinated at the story behind this beautiful jewelry collection. The company started by a 16 year old girl with a dream to purchase her very fist car. Her dream became a reality that is now Origami Owl. The best part about this great company is that it’s all customizable. No necklace is the same and they’re interchangeable!!! I am so obsessed with mine and literally cannot go anywhere without someone asking me about it. I love that each piece carries a unique story. I look forward to ordering more for my friends and family! Shirt-Banana Republic, Shorts-Old Navy (last seen here, here), Shoes-Halogen, Bag-Phillip Lim, Sunnies-Ray Ban, Necklace-c/o Origami Owl, Rings-Vintage

Hi friends! Long time no see. This past week was BANANAS, missing Monday and playing catch up from being in Sonoma caused me to skip blogging entirely. But I am back, one year older, wiser, stronger….who am I kidding? I feel the exact same!
Today’s look features my best friend/sister, Annie. Annie lives in the bay area and if you’ve been following AVC you know I try to make multiple visits to SF to visit her and soak up my favorite West Coast city. In all my trips to SF I have somehow skipped the beautiful city of Sausalito and man oh man have I been missing out! We headed to a restaurant on the water called Bar Bocce, where there was a Bocce Ball court. How kickass is that?! Sure I have been to places that have Boccee before, but the setting, on the water is just too good to be true.
On Annie: H&M tank and leggings, Jacket-St John, Shoes-Sam Edelman, Jewelry-Vintage, Sunnies-Ray Bans
On myself: Sweater-Nordstrom, Jacket-Vintage (borrowed from Annie), Shorts-Old Navy, Sunnies-F21, Bag-Lo&Sons, Shoes-Chinese Laundry (similar here)
We had drinks and divulged in squash blossom pizza. It was to die for people!
This past weekend it was 85 in Arizona. Spring is in the air! It was nice enough to lay out, wear shorts, and get a suntan. I have worn both of these items several times before, just never together. Last year around this time was when I first began mixing prints. I remember feeling so weird about breaking the traditional rules of matching. Are you comfortable mixing prints? Is it something you’ve wanted to try, but didn’t know how? I discovered a few tips that helped me out a lot along the way that I shared with you here if you’re interested in checking them out! I would love to know your feedback.
**You can see this blouse also styled here and these shorts last seen here. **

TGIF and a long weekend! We work Monday, but I love working “country club holiday’s” because people are in the best moods!
Considering there is no ocean/real lakes in AZ I am in search of my own nautical being. This clutch was a bday pressent from my parents. I have been dying to debut it.
