This is a hard Instagram roundup for me. I am heartsick for NYC and reliving these snapshots are very dear to me. They remind me of the fun I had, the life-changing experiences that happened, the memories with friends, reuniting with old friends, and overall magic I lived in for the week I was there. I am already planning my next trip in the Spring where I intend to spend a few more days in Williamsburg!
1) Straight off the plane and I am smiling ear to ear! 2) The cutest mini bagel and lox, 3) The gorgeous Kate Spade flagship store where I wish I lived 4) My two gf’s I met in NYC, Annie and Joelle on our first night in the city. 1) My first Broadway show, Newsies. I was so overwhelmed with emotion. It was one of my favorite movies as a kid. 2) Drinks at Beauty & Essex (where we just missed Mila Kunis) 3) Sissy and I at Hudson Station 4) Selfie inside Annie’s apt she rented, the walls were covered with awesome art and quotes. 1) Noah Champion Buck, we went to college together in Vancouver, he lives in LA, Annie lives in SF and I live in PHX, reunited in NYC!! 2) My babe Ashley, she recently relocated to NYC from AZ and this is who I stayed with. 3) Katie is also someone we went to college with in Van, she now lives in Boston and has the cutest little Addy. So thankful for her joining us for a day in NYC. 4) My fab sorority sister and I reunited after 8 years. Pi Phi’s for life! 1) The best slice of pizza I have ever had. 2) Queens graffiti 3) Central Park <3 4) Annie and I at Finnerty’s
We biked across the Brooklyn Bridge, around Brooklyn and then back across the Manhattan Bridge. It was a highlight of my trip and I definitely recommend it. By the end of the ride I was weaving in and out acting like a NYC’erSt Paul’s Chapel is one of my favorite spots to visit while in NYC. It is magical and will move you to tears every time. There is this sense of peace and flooding love that I feel every time I visit it there. It was an added bonus that across the street from where we Annie & Joelle were staying just so happened to be the newest Banksy exhibit. We thankfully got there before the car door was stolen.
Me, getting teary eyed at the airport because I had to leave.
I hope you’re all having a great week.

I have been a sports fan since I was a little girl. Although, God never graced me with an unreal basketball talent, or swift softball moves I have always enjoyed watching, cheering and being at sporting events. I think of it similar to skiing…If you didn’t grow up doing it you probably aren’t going to take any interest in it later in life. I got this Topshop jersey t-shirt this summer, but I have been waiting to wear it with leggings. I am typically drawn towards effortlessly put together outfits. A simple shirt paired with sneakers, leggings and a bold statement necklace is the way to go for me in the Fall!! I introduce to you my Jersey girl look…

Rules are meant to be broken…Ok maybe not ALL rules, but fashion rules are! That’s the beauty of fashion. No one is right or wrong, it’s a personal expression. Living on the west coast for the majority of my life has made me very comfortable with “white after labor day.” I love a good winter white, or creams at Christmas. So chic.

In case you didn’t get the memo, it’s here…Wedding season! Like any state, Arizona has a few really good months to get married in, October being one of them. Fall is always my favorite time of year. We wait all year for the temps to drop and almost instantly everyone starts hanging out outside again!
Below is what I wore to our friends Brittany & Bryan’s wedding. It was a perfect evening for a wedding w/a castle setting and this bride shined bright like a diamond. <3

Good Afternoon friends,
I am back from NYC!! To say I had an awesome trip would not do it justice. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity and I had so many amazing moments while being there. I’ve been to NYC before, but this trip was just magic. I literally cried upon leaving. I saw my first Broadway show, visited the new World Trade Center, biked across the Brooklyn & Manhattan bridges, stopped into the Bollare showroom, visited the Lesportsac office, consumed WAY too many street gyros, caught up with several college friends, and sipped some of the finest cocktails I have ever had in my life. I look forward to sharing more with you throughout the week.
Today’s look is comprised of mostly ALL thrifted/vintage pieces.

By the time you read this I will be up up and away on a plane to NYC for the weekend. I cannot wait to see my good friend Ashley, who recently moved there for work. I am also meeting up with my sister Annie from SF & one of her friends Joelle. I love a good girls trip and Annie and I have mastered traveling with one another.
Today’s look is something you’re going to find me in a lot this fall. I like this because it’s casual/chic. I love this blazer and I feel like it really tailors the look well. Neutrals are great in fall, especially when mixed with one of the hottest Pantone’s of the season, Mykonos Blue. Mixing prints can be tricky, but I always say start small, meaning the smaller the print the easier it will be to mix with clashing fabrics.

I had such a wonderful time attending PHXFW this year. Last year was my first experience at any sort of fashion show and it did NOT disappoint. One of my favorite things about events like this is meeting beautiful, kind women who share so many of the same passions. I met a ton of new friends and of course ran into some of my favs. <3
Phx Bloggers unite!
It was so fun running into my friend Maile from Seattle!
My top two favs from the two nights that I attended were the Robert Black collection, a Phoenix local and the Brandon McDonald collection, a current Project Runway contestant. Both were flawless and I literally was gasping with excitement!
Brandon, who sort of resembles Jesse Tyler Ferguson from Modern Family yes?
Love these gals, Audree, Stesha and Brie
My gorgeous sista, Norma.
My BFF Krystal, Cynthia & Norma
The darling Ashley Cooper, so great to finally meet you <3
Night two with these two hot babes <3
It is always over so fast Thanks PHXFW for another great year of fashion!
Whew. What. A. Weekend. PHXFW did not disappoint. A special thanks to all of you, especially my two favs Lauren and Abbei. I also attended a beautiful wedding for my dear friend Britt. It is always special to be a part of a couple’s BIG day, but this wedding was extra special as my whole family was there and my baby brother officiated the ceremony. I love love love my family and Britt you made such a stunning bride. <3 <3 <3 <3
